Add a custom menu to a toolbar
Show the toolbar you want to add a custom menu to.
On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.
In the Categories box, click New Menu.
Drag New Menu from the Commands box to the displayed toolbar.
Right-click the new menu on the toolbar, and then type a name in the Name box on
the shortcut menu. Press ENTER.
To add a command to the custom menu, click the custom menu name on the toolbar
to display an empty box. Click a category for the command in the Categories box,
and then drag the command from the Commands box to the empty box in the custom
menu.

Type a regedit on Run then open HKEY_CURRENT_USER the tree is open now open Control Panel another tree open in the tree select desktop on the right side in the blank aria right click the mouse button and select string value option in a new menu now rename the icon as ”MenuShowdelay” and press enter two times a dialog box open now set a value “0” and press ok. Now go to the WindowMetrice on tree of a Desktop folder on the right side of the registry editor right click the mouse button in a new menu select string value now rename the icon as MinAnimate and press enter two times a dialog box open now set a value “0” and press ok and restart the computer (Window speed is increased).
Command and process for reseting windows administrator Password
To change windows password follow the steps :
on the computer and press dell or F2 key to go in the CMOS setup.
in the setup go to the boot menu and select CD as a first boot device and save the settings and restart the PC.
no when the boot from cd appears press enter.
on first screen when system ask for install or repair option then chose install.
press F8 key to agree.
Now press r for Repair.
after system reboot it self keep an eye on the screen.
when installation time appear press shift + F10 key.
command prompt appear, type nusrmgr.cpl and press enter.
now user account windows appear chang the password and close the account window and exit from command prompt.
