VIEWING THE TASK SCHEDULER LOG

For the most part, you're taking the Task Scheduler's word for it that

work is being done. Would you trust an employee to get everything done

without at least checking up on him or her every once in a while? No,

you wouldn't. And you can check up on Task Scheduler, too, by viewing

the Task Scheduler Log. Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System

Tools, Scheduled Tasks. Then go to Advanced, View Log. You'll find a

lengthy text file that details every recent action of the Task

Scheduler, the time and dates the tasks were run, and whether Task

Scheduler was able to complete the actions.
