Okay. This one's difficult for females to understand at times. Guys are not constructed the same as women. We would rather suppress our true feelings than to admit anything that might be construed as weakness. Men also fear that if they show their true emotions that it might make them feminine. Just give a guy some time to tell you himself how he feels. Trying to rush him into revealing himself to you will generally only make him clam up, withdraw and close his shell tighter. A good test of his feelings for you will come in times of adversity. As gold is tried by fire, so is love. As a clam opens up when subjected to heat, so does a man. In due time he will open up and reveal that precious pearl you have so desperately been seeking. So don't fret over it. Stress will shorten your life, so don't take time off of your life because of a man. Remember, YOU come first. |
