Tony Seldin, Poet
Seldin, whose last name is pronounced as spelled, lives in
California.
He has been quite active in poetry, organizing Tributes to Jack
Kerouac in the early 1980s, and creating 100 Poets for Amnesty International in Seattle in 1982, The 20th anversy of the Summer
of Love in San Francisco in 1987, and many other events and Benefits.
Seldin's first book was Alone With The Wind, Fairhaven Press\ Bellingham WA. His favorite poets are Walt Whitman, Vachel Lindsey, Pablo Neruda and Garcia Lorca. He prefers poetry that expresses "Clear Vision." Split Shift (LA) and Beattude (SF) are two zines he thinks should be in the Comprepoetica dictionary.
