But now I hear you ask; what did these smaller fascist countries do compared to Nazi Germany? Well, plenty. They also passed anti-Semetic laws and helped Nazi troops in their invasion of Europe. They acted pretty much the same as Germany but with one difference. These little countries were more stupid than Nazi Germany. How? I'll give you some examples now.
I mentioned Italy as part of the 'Axis' forces. Their leader, Benito Mussolini, was a very eccentric man. His speeches were pure theatre. In one of those speeches, he claims that he led a bomber force to bomb Loch Ness in Scotland and that his bombers had killed the Loch Ness Monster! Obviously this statement was too far-fetched to hamper British morale. Yet, even before the war, these little countries were being run by insane parties. Both the countries of Romania and Finland banned Mickey Mouse cartoons (Romania did this in 1935, I think Finland did it at about the same time). They both claim that they did this because the cartoons were pro-American (thereby in their view meaning that they were "a democratic/communist propaganda campaign"). But through some research, I have found out why they did ban Mickey Mouse cartoons. Romania banned them, not because that they were simply American, but because they thought that people would be scared of them since Mickey Mouse was drawn using lines and was in black and white. Now, who in all seriousness would be scared of cartoons like that? It's mindboggling, isn't it? Finland banned these cartoons because Mickey didn't wear pants. So what, he wears shorts. Isn't that enough? I managed to reach the conclusion that they thought he was a pacifist because the Finnish military only wore pants, not shorts, since it was so cold up there. Think it's a stupid idea? Well, so is fascism.
Well, I've had enough of bagging something that was crushed long ago in the past. So now we come to the second part of this rant. I shall now talk about modern day Nazis, now called 'neo-Nazis'. Neo-Nazis are basically people who cannot accept that the Nazis are gone, and that they were defeated in 1945. No Nazi wanabees, they were not stabbed in the back, like your dead leader Hitler said about World War One, they are gone, or in German, kput!
Every time I see these people on TV or on the Internet, I don't fear them, I don't hate them, hell, I certainly don't join them, I laugh at them. That's right, I laugh at them. Why would I do such an insane thing: I hear you mutter? Well think about it. Nazi wanabees marching around pretending it's the year 1939 shouting "Heil Hitler" would make any sane person laugh when you obviously know that World War Two ended more than 60 years ago. It's like a Roman saying "All hail Caesar" in the Middle Ages. See what I mean? It's out of place. It's outdated. Things have changed. Get over it.
People who live in the past are just outcasts from a society who are always going forward, not backward. Sure, we take things from the past, like laws and ...........
