"Moralist" Movie Reviews (cont.)

........ someone please tell me how saying "that girl" is sexist? I mean, if the movie had said "that boy" then no one would find that sexist, right? The hypocrisy, people! Just look at all this hypocrisy!
     The second review was on
The Wild Thornberry's Movie. However, the review doesn't bag this particualr movie, but indirectly bags other "more violent" children's movies. Here are some quotations from the review itself:
"However, unlike most cartoons, a large percentage of the violence is not gratuitous and involves consequences."
"(The violence) is all relatively mild (compared to other children's movies)."
It shocks me that moralist groups will go so low just to make their lame point across. Shame! Just sheer shame!
While going through a movie review site (I forget which one it was), I found a link whoses review was described as "funny". It was for
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. So I clicked on the link and looked throught it. I must say that I too found this review funny after reading it. IT WAS WRITTEN BY A RELIGIOUS MORALIST GROUP! Wow, I thought to myself. What's up their arse? I saw the South Park movie and I found it funny. It didn't offend me (maybe because of the fact that I am Muslim). They go on to say that "the kids in the audience loved it, almost as much as the adults with them. May God have mercy on us." Ha! How funny! They also have a ridiculous WISDOM review system. This review is a must-read, people! I mean, these people think that just because something is animated, it also makes it automatically acceptable to children! My God, haven't they been left out of the dark! I mean, last year, I watched this British or Australian cartoon that was made during World War One for history. It featured "the Hun" (a large giant meant to represent the German empire) smashing and stomping on buildings and cities! And these moralists think that it is bad for children just because it's a cartoon! Hell, even 85 years ago, some people realised that cartoons are not just for children. Why can't "holier than thou" people do the same? Oh, if you want to read it (and have a good laugh in the process) then read it: prepared by the Child Care Action Project: Christian Analysis of American Culture (CAP).
Well, I've made a good rant today, haven't I? It appears that the material on this site is improving. Who knows what else will be diced up and examined next time. And to all those people who are part of a moralist group, I will tell you this: disband now, or else if I found out that you are continuing on with your idiodic ways, then you will be revealed on this site!

For reasons of clarity, I will now include the date of when these rants were published. And to all those wondering, no, I am not an idiot who thinks that it is May. These dates will go in the following format : (day/month/year). Got that?
