Fads come and go much like buses to a bus stop. There have been many fads over the years: marbles, yo-yo's, action figures and comics are just to name a few. But in all seriousness, the worst fad of all (just after Pokemon trading cards) has go to be the recent emergence of what I'd like to call "mini extreme sports". I'm sure you've come across this before. If you haven't, then I'll explain it to you. It's where extreme sports like skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, etc., become miniaturized so that you can do these so called "cool" stunts just like using your finger.
     Now, if you like doing extreme sports just by using your fingers then you are an idiot. Only people who are crap or are scared of doing real extreme sports venture out and buy this crap. I must say that I'm no pro skateboarder or surfer myself, but hell, at least I'm not sad by buying stupid mini plastic things and pretending to be cool like that. To be cool, you have to do REAL extreme sports, not some cheap, imitation little kiddy thing.

crappy stunts and shit. How embarrassing. Another time, actually not so long ago (somewhere in October or Novemeber 2002) my brother bought a mini skateboard off a friend of his. He thought it was cool even though half of it was coloured black with a
Zero; the IQ of a mini skateboard lover!
permanent marker. I must say that in two days, he lost interest in his "fine investment" after he realized that he couldn't do any tricks on it. Right at this minute, the skateboard is being covered in dust right under his bed.
     But apparently, companies see this "mini revolution" as profitable (fools!). Tech Deck is the leader in this field, in fact it's really the only company in this fied. A monopoly is being created! Look at their shabby merchandise and ask yourself "Would I waste my money on this?!"
     To all of you out there who like this stuff, ask yourself "Is the reason why I have no friends, no family, no money and no life because I like shitty little extreme sports?" YES, OF COURSE IT IS YOU MORON!!!!!!! Damn, some people are so dumb! If you want to be cool, then actually do real extreme sports instead of being a tryhard loser by pretending you can do them with toys! The answers to life's problems are so simple, it's just that people are simple too.
