Now, let us talk about, you know, normal anime (considering than anime isn't normal). Now, why would mature and intelligent people want to watch cartoons? Well, maybe they're trying to contact that inner child inside. But seriously folks, they haven't had an inner child since Billy wrecked their sandcastle (am I a psychiatrist or something?)
I have decided to do a little experiment using you guys; yes that's right, in the true Complaint Newsletter fashion, I will makes the readers of this website participate in my work. On the right hand side just below, you will see two images. The top one is of Pikachu, a character in Pokemon, and the bottom image is seomthing of my own composition.

Now tell me, which one is better; more exciting, more dramatic, more colourful. Think about it for a moment.
Your obvious answer would be that the MY image is the best. Whoever drew Pikachu had to go through years of art school (and humiliation) and spend months and years designing and drawing the little fuzzball. In my case, it's
only a random selection of lines, shapes and colours made in Paint in about 20 seconds. It took so little effort yet MY drawing is better. And that's why anime is a waste of time.
There's a group at my school called Baka Anime, yes that's right folks, an entire group dedicated to anime! Well, every Friday lunch, they get together and watch an hour of boring anime cartoons. And guess how many people attend this exciting charade? 20 people. 20 people out of a school of about 1000 students waste their time watching boring anime cartoons. Hell, twice as many people attend the Chess Club at my school! Says something doesn't it?
Well, this is the end of my rant on anime. And what an exciting time it has been folks. Pictures, captions and a rant that actually makes sense (well, the last half anyway). Nevertheless. I have made my point . Remember, if you have any comments or complaints,
contact me by e-mail on [email protected].
