| 5) Carter, hitman wanted by Interpol, henchman of Alec Wallace, shooter of Eddie Silva Jack was hot on the trail of the evil hitman ever since Interpol alerted the OPD of his presence in Oakdale. The hitman showed up at Carly's apartment (go figure), and Jack instinctively responded to Carly�s cryptic phone call and saved her life. Carly returned the favor by conking Carter on the head with his own briefcase full of money. |

| 1) James Stenbeck, international criminal mastermind Jack was working undercover with the Feds to nail James Stenbeck when he arrived in Oakdale. When Jack and Carly met and she learned of his FBI background it was she who gave him the nickname "G-man." |
| 2) Vic, big time diamond smuggler Jack, working undercover again but this time as a member of the OPD, headed up a sting operation to nail diamond smuggler Vic . Carly accidentally got herself involved in this one posing as "ganster" Jack's gal pal. |
| 3)Betty Lou, Vic's girlfriend Vic's gal was out to avenge Vic, and thought no one was the wiser. She posed as a victim of a crime, and then asked Jack out so she could plant drugs at his apartment and set him up. Jack, our clever G-man, was on to her from the start and actually set her up instead. |
| 4) Joe Teague, racist cop who harassed Ben, assaulted Molly and burned down the Milltown church Jack, undercover (yet again) as good ol' boy Jake got the goods on this bad cop and helped exonerate cousin Holden, who was wrongfully accused of Teague�s crimes. In the process, Jack (and Carly, who accidentally got herself involved again) were discovered by Teague and locked in his hunting shed to freeze to death. Jack pulled a MacGyver and used some items in the shed to blow the door off and save Carly's life. |
