3a.: broken glass in alleys

I received a message from Dee Smith, Director of Constituent Services in Mary Cheh's Office, asking whether the recycling services have kept their word and done something to improve the broken glass situation in the alleys. So far, things have seemed better in the alleys I frequent with my dogs. However, I am going to wait until tomorrow (trash day) to reply to her, and would urge anyone who still has a problem to contact her directly: DSmith@DCCOUNCIL.US.
