HOUSE/CAT SITTER

Does anyone know of a reliable person to stay in a house and take care of multiple cats for 6 weeks? The house is large and convenient to metro, shops, etc. Of course, it would be a paying job. Thanks,

Gail

Seeking temporary housing in September

Posted by: "tarapalmore" [email protected]   tarapalmore

Fri Aug 15, 2008 10:28 am (PDT)

This is a message from a physician looking for temporary housing in September:

I am a 29-year-old male Internal Medicine doctor from New York. I will be working at the
NIH for 3 weeks (September 1-September 23) and need to rent a studio/single room for that
duration. I am looking for housing (preferably furnished) in the price range $450-$600 but
preferably close to the metro. I am of quiet habits and essentially need a tidy place to sleep
and work.

Thank you

Parents of High School juniors and seniors needed for a research pan

Posted by: "Dawn Leijon" [email protected]

Fri Aug 15, 2008 12:29 pm (PDT)

My company is working on new business ideas having to do with students and parents identifying, choosing, applying to, and paying for college.  We are currently recruiting high school parents and students to participate in an online research panel.  Members of the panel will periodically receive an online questionnaire to fill out, and in return they will have chances to win scholarship money for college and also receive materials and information about the college search process.  We're putting an extra push on recruiting in the DC area so we have a pool of people to invite to participate in interviews or focus groups in our Alexandria offices.  Anyone particpating in a focus group or interview will be paid for his/her time (generally about $100 for a 2 hour session).

Anyone interested in particpating should email me at dleijon@yahoo.com and I'll send you a link to the online screening and sign up page.  Feel free to pass this message on to any parents of HS juniors and seniors across the country who might be interested.  We need lots of input!  This is pure marketing research and we will NOT be trying to sell anyone anything.
