1.: Burglary on 47th

There was another burglary in our neighborhood on Monday at around
2PM. The house is on Fessenden below 46th off the alley - not sure
which house, but owner came home while the burglary was in progress.
There was a description of the burgler. Does anyone know if he was
caught?

3.: Helicopter?

Among you, all you smart Communit-E readers seem to be informed about everything. Can anyone tell me why we have a helicopter flying over our neighborhood every night at anywhere from 10:30 to midnight? I'm not complaining, simply curious. (We do hope he doesn't collide with any of our many towers.)
