2.: green roof query

We are interested in putting a green roof, that is, one planted with hardy,
shallow rooted plants. Most likely extensive rather than intensive since we
want to keep it light. This is part of our rain barrel, rain garden and
native planting we are working on in our yard. I am interested in learning
from others; does anyone have a green roof?
