Central Air Conditioning -Convention vs High Velocity

Has anyone recently installed (last year or so) a high velocity
central air conditioning system, such as Unico? Would you recommend
this instead of a conventional system - I've had a lot of conflicting
advice from various contractors. Thanks!

Mold Problem

I am looking for information on treating mold. Recently my laundry room
flooded and now there is mold up to 18" on one of the walls. Is it ok just
to treat this with a consumer mold remover and paint over the area, or do I
need to call in a specialist?
Thanks! Anne Novak- novakamj@msn.com

One of the best sources of objective information about mold is the Centers
for Disease Control the CDC. Here¹s the link to their page on mold:
www.cdc.gov/mold.

From: barbarareed@rcn.com

This past week we have seen 2 abandoned bicycles in our alleys
between Ingomar and Jenifer and behind 43rd street.

The police came once but the bicycles are still there.
