BUGABOO FROG SAND COLOR - MANY ACCESSORIES $ 600
I bought the stroller new just a year ago, but my son has outgrown it and it would be a terrible waste not to pass it on for another kid/mom to enjoy. It has been a TERRIFIC stroller, very flexible and stylish for the city, the beach or hiking. You will love it. I will also include many accessories, which are built in the price: the cup holder, the winter foot muff in coordinated color, the parasol and the car seat adaptors. It is a FANTASTIC deal, and you will save over $300…
Bugaboo description:
•Bugaboos complete 3-in-1 system offers everything your child needs
•Reversible, click-in seat/bassinet lets you choose your babies view: forward-facing or rear-facing
•Adjustable seat has 3 recline levels for maximum comfort and converts easily into a bassinet
•Small swiveling city use wheels in front make turning effortless
•Other features include 5-point harness for safety, under-seat storage bag, soundless sun canopy, clear rain/wind screen, and mosquito net
The Bugaboos complete 3-in-1 system offers everything your child needs (a bassinet, a seat and an optional infant car seat adaptor. Made of lightweight aluminum, its frog-like design and suspension system lets your child ride in bump-free bliss. Weighs approximately 17 lbs., depending on your mode of use.

Fair rate for domestic employees in our area

I am trying to decide what a fair wage is in our area for someone who
does light cleaning, laundry and cooks an occasional meal. I have two
dogs but no children.

A map of the DC Central Business District is available on the DDOT site at http://www.ddot.dc.gov/ddot/lib/ddot/information/temp-traffic-cntrl/pedestriansafety/centralbusinessdistrict-map.pdf.

Please note that Yahoo groups is going to mess up this URL, so you can cut and paste it into your browser and get rid of any added spaces (or "%20" strings) or go to the dc.gov web site and search on "Central Business District Map".

Basically the CBD is bounded by Mass. Ave. to the north, 23rd St (NW) to the west, 2nd St. (NE/SE) to the east, and by Constitution Ave (NW) and D St (SW/SE) to the south, with a jog between Constitution and D St at 14th St (NW/SW).
The rules about riding bicycles on sidewalks is located at section 4029 (title 18, chapter 40 of the DC Municipal Regulations).

Hope that helps
