broken glass in alleys

Yesterday there was a marked absence of large patches of broken glass in my neighboring alleys. The e-mails to the Director of DPW and my contacts with Gilberto Solano seem to have produced an (unexpectedly) rapid result. Let's hope it continues! Jenny.

As per some people's suggestion I contacted the Public Service Commission on Monday
concerning the problem with PEPCO. Low and behold PEPCO came by today and connected
the supply line. Looks like some things do work in the DC Government.
