One bedroom wanted for rent immediately or no later than July 1 as move-
in date in the $500 - $700 price range with or without cost of
utilities included, preference would be given to a furnished room,
although unfurnished is also o.k.

About the prospective tenant in short: 34-year-old responsible
professional female. Easy and fun person to get along with. Clean and
willing to share house chores, as well as respectful of others' space
and time. Gainfully employed full-time, currently living in this
neighbourhood. Pretty busy, active and outgoing person, well-traveled
(Europe mainly), cosmopolitan, open-minded and with international
background. Speaks several languages. Reliable tenant - reference
available upon request. Non-smoker, no pets, but pet-friendly.

Please, send responses and further information to
tdimitrova73@gmail.com or directly call: 202-594-5963
