Early 1900's window sash repairs

We have a 1915 era home in AU Park with the double-hung windows with
built-in counter-weights on pulleys. Anybody have experience with
someone who repairs these things? It requires removing the molding
around the windows, fishing around to find and replace the old broken
cords, then putting it all back so it looks good (caulking, painting...)

I checked the recommendations on this list, but didn't see anything
quite so specific.

Any leads are much appreciated.
