JOB DESCRIPTIONS
NOTETAKER
Responsibilities:
- Attend all Command Staff Meetings
- Attend any CCS Meetings
- Take notes on the meeting, Record the members in attendance, apologies, decisions made, views aired, results of any votes made.
- Write up the notes into minutes suitable for distribution
- Suggest ways to improve the position.

Direct Superior:
- The Notetaker is answerable to the Chief of Communications
RETURNING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the election of fleet reps on a regular basis.
- Through regular polls gain useful information from the membership
- Report and consult with the Command Staff over the nature and result of both polls and Fleet Rep elections.
- Suggest ways to improve the position

Direct Superior:
- The Returning Officer is answerable to the Chief of Communications
BOARDS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Clear the Main Messageboard every month of old messages.
- Remove any offensive inappropriate or mistaken messages posted.
- Liase with JAG where appropriate to take action against offensive postings.

Direct Superior:
- The Boards Manager is answerable to the Chief of Communications
EDITOR IN CHIEF
Responsibilities:
- Edit the Section 47 Express.
- Ensure a regular newsletter is produced.
- Manage staff to achieve output.
- Decide on content and format.

Direct Superior:
- The Editor in Chief is answerable to the Chief of Communications
REPORTER
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Editor in producing the Newsletter
- To write and prepare articles and other material for publication
- Work to deadlines.

Direct Superior:
- The Reporter is answerable to the Editor in Chief
INSPECTOR GENERAL
Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate the inspection of all ships in the fleet on a regular basis.
- Ensure Inspections are fair and unbiased.
- Manage Inspection staff to deliver output.
- Obey the regulations pertaining to Inspections.
- Suggest ways to improve the position

Direct Superior:
- The Inspector General is answerable to the Chief of Communications
INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist the inspection of all ships in the fleet on a regular basis.
- Ensure Inspections are fair and unbiased.
- Obey the regulations pertaining to Inspections.

Direct Superior:
- The Inspector is answerable to the Inspector General
RESEARCHER
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of databases and other information sources
- Help format the information into a suitable webpage.
- Suggest ways to improve the project.

Direct Superior:
- The Researcher is answerable to the Project Alexandria Team Leader
