| MISS INDY AUSTRALIA __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Miss Indy Australia contest is a sports model search, where contestants over the age of 18 compete in their own choice of sports and swimwear. The lucky finalists meet the Indy car drivers, take part in official media events and undertake official racetrack duties as well as compete in the Miss Indy Grand Final. The top three finalists join the winning drivers on the podium for the trophy presentation, and the winner becomes an ambassador for next year's race and will be featured on all national promotional material distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand. The contest has been held annually since 1991.
