Formly known as 28 Orange Street, Common Rotation began life playing gigs on the New York folk scene. From New York City bars, the band began to play at more intimate locations such as coffee houses and folk clubs throughout the US. By doing so, the band gathered a growing group of fans...

Common Rotation's attraction to music lovers spread as the band became quickly known for their "energetic" live shows.
During their performances, the band turn such shows into theatrical offerings, which they combine with their "acoustic guitar-driven pop music".
The four men that make up Common Rotation make the group unique. Each band member brings many musical talents to the group, allowing the band to perform such a wide variety of musical styles.

Common Rotation's two front men [
Eric Kufs and Adam Busch] are renowned for their elaborate performances on stage. The two have been known to work an audience to it's limits with a combination of dance routines and also by improvising when it comes to creating lyrics to comment on a particular crowd. The other half of Common Rotation is made up by Professor Ken Beck and Mike Uhler. Together with Professor Beck's drumming and Mike's bass, the two complete the circle to create a truly musical and theatrical band of musicians.
