| 119 Commercial Street - The entire house can be rented as a single unit because of the connecting interior staicase. Most our our summer rentals use the entire house because of the 5 bedrooms. Each unit is fully equiped. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 119 A - (first floor) - This two bedroom, two bath unit offers a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including a microwave, gas stove, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The living area contains a stereo with CD player, cable TV, DVD Player and VCR. Two Large bedrooms have queen size beds TV's and window A/C, there is third bedroom which is much smaller and contains a full size bed and a window A/C unit during the summer season. High Speed Wireless Internet Access. |

| A deposit of 50% is required to reserve either 119 A or 119 B. Deposits are refunded if reservations are canceled two months prior to occupancy. If reservations are cancelled within two months of occupancy, refund will depend on the unit being rerented for the same dates. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
