Lieutenant General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson - 10 May 1863 Compatriot Charles Roger "Beetle" Bailey died Tuesday, 29 January 2002, at his residence in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. He was born in Matoaka, West Virginia and had retired from the Washington Post Newspaper. Funeral Services were held on Friday, 01 February 2002 at 9:30 a.m. at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Home with Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with the Reverend Jim Cunningham officiating. He was a Member of the Murray Masonic Lodge #175 in Mineral, Virginia and the Matthew Fontaine Maury Camp #1722 Sons of Confederate Veterans in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
