I just beat the game as the Germans, I found that a small professional combat group could defeat
   there hordes everytime.
   Armor: I bought Panzers III and IVs until I got my first Tiger I named Rommel, the rest of my tigers
   were all named after German Generals as well. I had 5 in my battlegroup. Operationally they worked in two teams. One   engagged at the top of the map the other the bottom. Infantry fought up the center. I had 1 King Tiger which was imobilized   and I was soon forced to abandon in Berlin. At the steps of the Riechstag Guerdian
   my last Tiger died.
   Infantry: I used them mainly in the house to house fighting. I tried to maintain a full platoon of two
   squads at all times. Regardless of the fact that infantry teams were "mortar bait." My assualt squads
   were named "spearhead" and "black devils." Later in Berlin I formed a new squad of hitler
   youth......."Adolf's Bitches"
   Guns: I loved the 88s they fought in everybattle and never quit on me(except when the mortars got
   them). I stuck them on ridges killed the enemies armor with them and then mobbed up.

   The battle before Berlin was a minor defeat as was the second battle of Kharkov. Berlin was a draw
   the rest were victories. My victory level was decisive.
