Born and raised in Mexico, Ch� came up North with Phant to learn and better himself so that some day he might return to his native homeworld and revolt against his "oppressive government"(democracy), the same government who "killed" his gypsy mother and left Ch� with little more than a stereotypical "Mexican hat". Unfortunately Ch� did not have the foresight to realize that good ol'Phant wasn't the right choice for mentor, and as a result is now living his life as nanny to Phant's son. |
