| El Seed was one of my favorite villains on The Tick. Why? I dunno. I always loved the show's extreme weirdness. I mean, look at the guy...He's a giant half-sunflower half-human creature, and he's wearing a matador bull-fighter's outfit. I guess I just find his random construction amusing. Anyways, El Seed was bent on having plants finally take over the world, which apparently is rightfully theirs, back from the humans. He used his genius knowledge of botany to bring plants to life, to do his bidding. He once used a crop-duster in an attempt to sprinkle his own formula over a corn field, which would have given him an army of living corn stalks. He sprayed the Tick with this formula, and the Tick was sprouting flowers and planty things for the rest of the episode. |
