When I went to Clive Davis's pre-Grammy party a year ago, he introduced the music industry to Alicia Keys. She went on to receive five Grammy awards. At this year's pre-Grammy party, Clive introduced us to his new boy wonder, Mario. Born in Baltimore, this 15-year-old has an amazing voice that he showcased when he sang "Knocks Me Off My Feet." He was discovered at a talent show when he caught the eye of local manager Troy Patterson, who worked with Dru Hill and Ruff Endz. Troy moved Mario from Baltimore to New Jersey. Mario made his debut on the soundtrack to the film Dr. Dolittle 2 with his son, "Tameeka," that featured rapper Fabolous (F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S LOL:). Mario's debut CD features songs such as "What Your Name Is?" "Braid My Hair," and a remake of Biz Markie's "Just a Friend." The album is in stores now. (Its not in stores now)
