If you've come in here, you probably already have IRC loaded up onto your computer. If not, however, you can download your very own copy of mIRC at: http://www.mirc.co.uk
Once you've done all that, you'll need to add Ram-Page to your list of servers, if you don't already have it on there. To do this, click on 'add' in the connect section of Mirc options and add the following info:
Description: Ram Page (or whatever you want to call it)
IRC server: irc.ram-page.com
Port: 6667
Once you've connected to Ram Page, just type #PalaceChat (and click add to make it easier next time) in the channels folder and you're set! Happy chatting *g*
