CN : The Nest uses a sketch troupe (The Bionic Yahoos) any plans to rotate the two?
EB : Not at the moment..we are watching the Yahoos as they mature in their performance and we
are excited about their future.
CN : Why not just go with two stand-up shows on Friday?
EB : As of June 1, 2001 that is exactly what the Nest will do for the summer....two shows on
Friday..more stage time before the festival.
CN : There is always a lot of talk among those in the industry about "Politics". How much of a
role would you say that really plays?
EB : There are no politics in a dictatorship..
CN : Have you ever thought about just walking away from the whole scene? If so, when?
EB : No, why Brutus?? No ..why?? Never !
CN : What are your thoughts about The Montreal Comedy News On-Line? (Trick question!)
EB : I think that you have done a great job with this on line magazine and I have not answered so
many questions since the trial.
