Marking a Year of Change
Moving on After Meeting my 1st Goals
I've met my orignal plan to lose 30% of my body weight!
Now that it is a year since I began, I can actually work on something I had only HOPED to accomplish. I may be able to reach my healthy body weight!
This would involve losing about 15-20% of my remaining body weight. In reality, I'd be really happy with losing at least 10%. Instead of being the queen of the elliptical machine, I will also focus on weight training and other body toning exercises.
