Lovingly referred to as "the squirrel". The reason I joined Sigma Delta Tau during my stay in Tampa because she invited me to the recruitment party. Kidnapped me for a sleep-over after we both saw The Ring in the theater at 1 am. Graduated from USF in Fall '02 and moved back home. Currently lives in her own place and attends Towson pursing a Master's. Actually found employment after college and is the proud owner of her pug Gabrielle (Gabby). Constantly invites me to visit since she is so proud her guestroom finally has a bed! Once I get some $, I'm definitely coming to visit!
Ha! How ironic he gave me a pic holding his grandparent's dog! I can label him as one of my crazy dog loving friends, sweet! Overall, he's like the little brother I never wanted. You know, the kind I have to yell at to go to class, endlessly quote Family Guy with, and embarrassed to be seen with. Why is that? Someone is going to dress up as a Jedi during the final Star Wars premier here in Naples, the very same one I just couldn't wiggle my way out of going. To be fair, his brownie points include enjoying a Denny's run whether it is 11 pm or 3 am.
My big sister from the sorority! Both just happened to be from Naples where we now live again. Life is a million times less stressful than at USF. Just graduated from Edison and applied to FGCU in the Fall. Sweet! We'll have to go eat soup at the Student Union cafeteria. Greatest memory with her: driving home from Tampa for Thanksgiving. Her car overheated for a bit and we had to pull over on the side of the road until it cooled. In the mean time, she had to pee and, without me realizing my cell phone fell out of my pocket, she more than likely peed on it.
It was a crappy phone anyways.
My twin from the sorority! We bonded during our trip to Disney because neither of us wanted to ride Splash Mountain since we didn't want to smell like algae water. Now we keep each other updated on our academic and personal lives. One of my first dog crazy buddies. Stella is her Maltese baby! Introduced me to Dogster.com where I am absolutely addicted now.
Ms. Kayla is one of the 1st post-USF friends I made. Grew up in Naples as well but now attends Valencia in Orlando. Comes home during breaks where we hang out at the beach, Barnes & Noble and Taco Ardiente. Farts like crazy - no joke! Don't stand next to her when you're in a secluded area of Barnes & Noble! Totally obsessed with Dave Matthews Band and Keller Williams (see, I remember his name!). A vegetarian that feels "Meat is Murder". Everyone knows this since she has a bumper sticker that says so.
The 1st post-USF friend I made. That should go in some sort of record book. Met in that one class students are required to take before College Algebra if they hate math. We hang out a lot. Since I turned 21, she is my Snapper's, Yabba's, Diva's & Luna's bud. We get hit on all the 84 year old men at the gay bar, score! Once we get our buzz on, we sink our teeth into some pancakes at Denny's. Just graduated from Edison.
The 2nd post-USF friend. We met in the Fall semester during our Intro to Law course. Can spend hours upon hours talking about our pets. Her's include a toy Manchester Terrier named Lucy and a cat named Felix. Works full-time and is a Nursing major at International College. Trying to convince to attend FGCU because it is much cheaper. Hoping to start an weekly trip to the dog park on the weekends. Recently engaged, you go girl!
My 1st FGCU friend. Yay for Tish! Met in Spring '05 during our Professional Writing. Didn't get to do the group project together but always hung out while waiting for our other classes to begin. We ate a lot of salads and soups (some good, some blah). Works on Marco Island some times and we'll eventually go party at Yabba's.
