Laser Tag is NOT paintball, it is NOT laser quest but outdoor laser tag (not using any real lasers though). So what is it?
The weapons used in our Laser Skirmishes do not physicall shoot out anything, except infra red light. In Singapore, Anergy Laser Shootout! is a specialist in providing laser tag parties and laser tag games. As infra red light is harmless to human beings, just like car or tv remote controls, our laser tag can be played by adults and children anywhere! There is no age limit imposed by the Singapre government and the risk of getting hurt by the beams shot out from the guns is Zero.
I always felt that there is not much recreational activities in Singapore, other than eating, shopping and watching movies. Then one day, my friend introduced me to this game. There were 10 of us and we were playing at Toa Payoh Park (TPY, central part of Singapore). The terrain is interesting at TPY as there are several little hills and also some trees and plants at the sides, where we could take cover.
It is also affordable compared to other alternatives in Singapore. Anergy Laser Shootout! charges about $25 for a 1hr game on weekdays for students. 1 hour game! meaning they do not count how many rounds you shoot!
The other interesting thing about the laser tag party is that they can operate at any part of Singapore, as long as Nparks Singapore is ok with it. This means - we get to play at different places! we can go to East Coast Park, Sentosa, Bishan Park... etc.
I also threw a birthday party for a friend where we booked a chalet near the east side of Singapore and we played FIBUA at night! It was like we were in the SWAT team.
