I wrote this poem just for you
I wrote it with all my heart
To let you know how much I love you
Though we may find ourselves apart
We've had some bad times, you and I
And fought a lot of fights
Sometimes you thought our love was to end
When you sat there, crying in the night
It wasn't always easy
But my love for you was true
And I'm proud that I can say now
I've made it together with you
When something goes to easy
Who's to know it's real
Only when you have to fight for it
You know exactly how you feel
