After watching the RNC tonight, I still have no idea what Bush is planning to do about real issues that matter to me and other mothers. The Main focus tonight seemed to be 9/11, defeating terrorism and the war in Iraq. Nothing new. Why? Because Bush has no good plan that will help Americans at home! How about spending some time talking about our children�s future -- America�s future--, improving the economy, providing every American with quality healthcare, and improving the air we breathe. Tonight Rudy Giuliani said Bush has a vision for a safer world and wants to bring freedom to the world because nothing is more powerful than freedom. What about us here in America in the meantime? Will we starve because Bush spends billions of dollars fighting unjustified wars? It is not America�s main duty to bring freedom to the world, America�s #1 duty is to take care of AMERICA and a good leader would put its citizens first.
Also, how dare McCain say that going to war with Iraq was noble! How can he use such a word: noble? Iraq posed no direct threat to us. It�s clear now. How much more proof do we need? McCain said we liberated the Iraqi people from the tyrant who tortured them but failed to mention the torture and abuse performed by American soldiers on Iraqi prisoners. They can�t even respect the Geneva Convention but still McCain is trying to portray America as the savior? I know someone who has done and will do noble things: JOHN KERRY.
