| TOWN HALL DEBATE REACTION | ||||
| Dear Editor, President Bush has shown again tonight how much he has been consistently wrong but yet cannot admit it. During the town hall debate President Bush clearly failed to answer the last question he was asked which was to name 3 bad decisions he had made. It was so disrespectful not to answer voters' questions on national TV. These are ordinary citizens asking honest questions who deserve an honest response. How does this president expect to be re-elected when he cannot even admit that he made wrong choices? I did not hear anything new tonight, more of the same distortion, lies, and dodging the issues. John Kerry however has shown once again great charisma. Even when facing challenging questions, Kerry gave a thoughtful and honest answer. It is obvious that John Kerry knows how to relate and connect to the average American in a more sincere way than President Bush. Again, it is clear to me that John Kerry is more in touch with the American people and therefore more fit to lead them. |
