The Hartman Hotel, located at the corner of Main and Fourth Streets downtown, was once the headquarters of the vast Hartman empire in Columbus. For many years it stood empty. Then, in 1999, renovation began. It is in the final stages of renovation and will soon be home to several businesses at street level and offices in its upper floors.
