· The cost for the 4-week session is $40.  The first night is it recommended $25 be paid.  The remaining amount (in total) must be paid by the 3rd week. 

· Payout will be made the night of the 4th week.  Typically 1/2 the players get at least their $40 returned.  The last player does get a return but will be about $10 depending on the number of people in the session. 

· If you drop out you are still obligated to pay the entire $40 fee. 

· There is also money given to the top three points thrown. 

· Format is Chicago with corking only on the first game.  Toss of a coin determines who has choice on the cork, winner choosing.  The loser chooses and begins the next game.

· We start on time - 7:00 PM.  If you are late you can play in the round that is still in progress but no later than the third round.  If you come after the third round you forfeit the entire night.  You cannot go back and make up the rounds you missed if you come in late and that round is completed.

· If it is your time to shoot we expect you to be at the board promptly.  To keep the round robin moving and complete as early as possible everyone must be ready to shoot.

· Any decisions made must be approved by the majority of the players.

· Good sportsmanship is required.  If you display unsportsmanship conduct you could be expelled from the session and still be required to pay.  Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated.

· The number of people in the session will determine the round of play.  If up to 10 people in the session it will be in one group playing round robin style.  If more than 10 people we may have to have two groups, still playing round robin within your group, but the group interplay method will be decided upon by the members.

· The purpose of these sessions is to improve YOUR dart game through a combination of a high level of competition and education.  We encourage new players to ask questions about strategy and technique.

· The games will be intense, quick, and rewarding as well as frustrating and satisfying.  To know what I mean by these contradictory statements I invite everyone to come out at visit or watch the next singles night.  Every Tuesday at Sundance beginning at 7:00 PM.  Results will be posted on our website located at www.geocities.com/columbiadarts .
