About the products: We use fabric that is 100% dyers cotton, carefully chosen for ease of needling and quality thread count, and great color clarity. The fabrics have been rinsed extensively to remove all unattached dye molecules. Therefore, the fabric is pre-shrunk for you and should not bleed. However, it's always a good idea to test before you use it.
We do suggest that you wash them again, because each area has thier own methods of water filteration systems. we suggest that you use Synthrapol, to wash these fabrics. Please do not use and detergents containing any bleaching agents.
About the dyes: Our choice of dye is a fiber reactive dye, which is specially formulated for natural fibers. the dye reacts readily with cotton for more brilliant, clear colors, and excellent light and wash fastness.
About the numbers: Some fabrics will have numbers attached to the fabric. These are colors that we have kept track of the formulas for, and can come close to repeating. However, being another dyebath there may be slight color variations. This is one of the unique aspects of hand dyed fabrics. Please note the number for 'Special Orders' you can quote this number if you would like more of this fabric. The hand painted or one-of-a-kind fabrics require many steps in the dying process and will not be reproduced.

What about shipping?: All shipping charges are on the order forms.
What about returns?: YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED!! If you are unhappy for any reason, please notify us upon receipt of your order for a full refund of exchange of a color! You will receive an email with a return number to be added to your return package.
What if I don't want to use my credit card?: No problem. Just fill out the order form, press the 'submit' button and your order will be emailed to us. We'll reserve those items for you until we recieve your check or money order. Please make all checks payable to Jason Young, and mail payment to:

Will my fabric look the same as they do on the screen?: Due to the differences in monitors, we can't guarantee that you'll see exactly the same color or shade of each fabric. So we try to make our descriptions as accurate as possible.
