| Synthesis Essay :: This essay is a paper about marine pollution and how there is not enough attention payed to the topic. The main goal that I had in mind for this paper was to encourage and persuade people that marine pollution is a larger problem than they think it is, and to incite a reaction among those who read it so that something could be done. This isn't one of my best essays. But then again, I've never been all that good at persuasive writting. This paper was also an assignment for my ITRW class. |

| Collaborative Argumentitive Essay:: This essay was written along with one of my fellow classmates in my Intro to Research Writing class. Upon looking back at this essay, I have noticed many errors in not only judgement and use of sources, but also in spelling and grammer. This would be a good essay to learn what not to do when writing a research paper. Many of my own paragraphs are too long and do not get to the point. Please take this essay with a grain of salt when reading it. |

| Influences on Emotional Development in Adolescents:: This is a term paper recently written for my Child and Adolescent Psychology course. The topic of course, as can be inferred from the title, is emotional development in adolescents and influences on that development. This topic particularly interests me because when I become a teacher I will be teaching adolescents and it is a time when their emotional development is at a critical point. I have yet to recieve the paper back and get a grade on it, but I will post my grade here when I get it back. The paper was originally supposed to be in APA format but I have changed it for ease of reading purposes. I hope you enjoy reading it. |

| Prenatal Abuse: Effects of Drug Use Before and After Delivery :: This was a research paper written by my partner Krysta Whitefield and myself for our FCS 580 class called Family Violence and Child Abuse. Drug use during pregnancy is considered by many states as child abuse and this paper shows how different illicit drugs affect both the mother and baby before delivery and after delivery. |
