The point I'm trying to make here is that color should fit the mood and style of the art. Anything else is overkill.

| Ok, I know this page looks flat, but I did it on purpose b/c I've always felt that today's coloring technqiues doesn't look good on "dated" artwork such as the above, which was drawn in 1984. The point I'm trying to make here is that color should fit the mood and style of the art. Anything else is overkill. |
