Bid Sheet for NFL Congress

We bid for the NFL Congress and agree to provide the following items/services:
� 8 scorers/parliamentarians per session. These may not be coaches!
� 8 classrooms suitable for congress
� 1 lounge for coaches and judges
� 1 tab room complete with an IBM compatible computer and a printer
� a long distance phone line which will be used only if we need to call the National Office
� a copy machine to copy final results (about 100 copies total)
� a concession stand open for students (profits go to your school)
� coffee, water, pop, and snacks for Friday night for coaches and judges and coffee and donuts for Saturday morning. NFL pays for all food.
� a lunch place with a private room for the coaches meeting on Saturday for approximately 30 people
We do not pay for custodial fees because we spread our meets around to most of the schools in our District.

We bid for the NFL National Qualifying Meet and agree to provide the following items/services:
� 30 judges for Friday and 30 judges for Saturday. Judges must have judged at least 2 meets this year!
� 52 classrooms suitable for competition
� 1 lounge for coaches and judges
� a commons area for the kids
� 1 tab room complete with an IBM compatible computer and a printer
� a long distance phone line which will be used only if we need to call the National Office
� a copy machine to copy final results (about 100 copies total)
� a concession stand open for students (profits go to your school)
� Dinner for Friday night, coffee, water, pop, and snacks for Friday night, for coaches and judges and coffee and donuts for Saturday morning, lunch for Saturday for approximately 70 people. NFL pays for all of the food
� A coach who has a master key in the building at all times
