General Information

All CAFCC members, except for advocates and providers who do not have a local affiliate, MUST be current members of an affiliate (local or county) child care association. 

The fiscal year for CAFCC is July 1 through June 30th. Please return the following form with your  check ($25.00 for renewal or $30.00 during April through June for a 15 month membership). Make checks payable to CAFCC and return to CAFCC, (Colorado Association of Family Child Care), 6589 N. 95th Street, Niwot, CO 80503.
