Born in the year AC 178 in Florence, Italy. Lucia Noin is Lucrezia Noin�s younger sister. In her youth, Lucia spent most of her time outside enjoying nature. In hopes of protecting the earth and her nature she joined the OZ military, at age of 15, where she met and befriended the two years younger Khushrenada13 who was still using his real name at that time.
She was deeply impressed by OZ leader Treize Khushrenada and although she wasn�t such a talented pilot as her sister, she did her utmost best in order to help her commander. Her dedication and determination made her piloting skills improve beyond expectations and soon she could match with her sister.
When Milliardo Peacecraft had to flee OZ because of problems with the Romefeller Foundation Lucia and Lucrezia stayed with him and went into hiding on Antarctica. At the time Treize Khushrenada returned as world sovereign, Lucia rejoined OZ.
She gave up her military career after the conclusion of the Eve War and tried to lead a normal life. However, the memory of Treize�s supposed death was too fresh and influenced her life greatly. When the new Romefeller regime had taken over in AC 197, her sympathy for Treize had almost meant her death. A year later she met her old friend Khushrenada13 again who offered her a place in the Khushrenada Corps. Lucia accepted the offer and now fights as a captain of the Corps for Treize�s ideals.
