Mocha Java - A tried and true favorite among coffee lovers. This is a blend of Ethiopian Yergacheffe and the Indonesian Java, a match made centuries ago when these two countries were amoung the original coffee producers. This is a wonderful full bodied blend with lots of flavor and a significant aftertaste, creamy and sweet.
Recipe Coffee Masala serves 4 1/2 cup ground Mocha Java coffee 3 cups of cold water 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon scant 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Place the coffee grounds in a filter basket and top them with the Cardamon & nutmeg. Brew the coffee by manual or automatic drip method. Serve immediately in warm cups. |
