THE COLORADO MOUNTAIN BEANERY CARRIES OVER 80 DIFFERENT COFFEE BEANS INCLUDING REGULAR COFFEE BEANS, FLAVORED COFFEE BEANS, SPECIALTY COFFEE BEANS AND PURE WATER DECAFFEINATED COFFEE BEANS. THEY ALSO CARRY A HUGH SELECTION OF LOOSE LEAF AND BAGGED, REGULAR, FLAVORED, AND DECAFFEINATED TEA. THE COLORADO MOUNTAIN BEANERY BUYS IT'S COFFEE FROM THE WHITE HOUSE COFFEE COMPANY IN LONG ISLAND, N.Y.  WHITE HOUSE COFFEE HAS A PLANT THAT IS TWO CITY BLOCKS LONG. THE ROASTING PROCESS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY USING A CONVEYOR BELT WITH 27 THERMOSTATIC CONTROLS ALONG THE ROUTE. THESE PERFECTLY ROASTED COFFEES ARE THEN VACUUM PACKED AND FLUSHED WITH NITROGEN. THIS KEEPS THE OXYGEN OUT OF THE  COFFEE, AND THEREFORE RESULTS IN A "FRESHER THAN FRESH" TASTE, BECAUSE THE AGING PROCESS IS ENHANCED BY THIS PROCEDURE.  FURTHER, DECAFFEINATED COFFEE ONCE REQUIRED THE USE OF VERY HARSH CHEMICALS. TODAY MOST COMMERCIAL COFFEES HAVE LESSENED THE CHEMICAL VOLATILITY OF THE PROCESS, BUT MANY STILL USE SOME FORM OF CHEMICAL PROCESS. WHITE HOUSE COFFEE USES A "SWISS WATER" PROCESS, WHICH IS CHEMICAL FREE, THUS PRODUCING A SUPERIOR TASTING PRODUCT.
