2 shots espresso 1 1/2 cups eggnog 2 tablespoons powdered white chocolate 2 teaspoons hazelnut syrup powdered cinnamon freshly grated nutmeg
Brew the espresso and briefly set aside. Place the eggnog in a cold frothing pitcher and steam. Since eggnogis so rich, you will not get a lot of froth, but some will develop as you heat it through. Place 1 tablespoon white chocolate and 1 teaspoon hazlenut syrup in the bottom of each warm mug an dpour in equal amounts of steamed eggnog Stir and dissolve the chocolate and syrup. Place a long handled spoon in each warm mug, then cap off with a bit of froth. Pour a shot of espresso down the center of each mug. Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg and serve immediately. |
