Directions for Hot or Iced Tea:                      You should prepare your tea from near boiling water, as water which is boiled for long has been dearerated and brews a flat tea.  Your tea should be steeped for at least five minutes, but never so long as to impart an acid taste to the tea, which generally occurs after eight to ten minutes.
Black tea can accept a dose of cream and/or sugar.  If you wish to sweeten green teas, honey is best.  Lemon is appropriate for green, oolong and light-bodied teas.
If you add ice to Hot tea to make iced tea is will cloud.  Let cool naturally, then add ice.
China Jasmine - Most of the fresh blossoms have been removed from this special grade of Jasmine Tea.  The infusion yields a golden yellow, full-bodied liquor with excellent flavor and wonderful aroma.
