The Jones "Big Goods" locomotive designed by David Jones,the then Locomotive Superintendent for the Highland
Railway, was the first locomotive in Britain at its time of introduction to have the 4-6-0 wheel arrangement and was
also at the time the most powerful mainline locomotives in Britain. The whitemetal tender axlebox/spring casting is a
one piece casting.
