| This week I'll be telling a story where I was completely in the wrong.I would like to stress that i havent written this to be forgiven it's just so that I can tell my side of the story and by confessing I'm hoping to get it off my chest. I'll be using fake names to protect the indentities of the people involved. Because if a certain act of mine there were sanctions imposed on where I was allowed go.Immediately my first concern was the bohs-Longford cup match. I wasn't allowed go on the bus as it was feared id might attempt recreate my shamefull act. Lisa a young one from my class is a Bohs fan and I asked her if it was posssible that i could get a lift to the game. On the thursday I was informed that I had a lift. Her father had to turn down a lift from the Dunne family. When I informed my friend jay I had a lift with the O'Hara's he protestes that he had his own plans. After plenty of fights our predicment was left unresolved. That didn't seem to matter much when I was told that I couldn't go! The next day I was very depressed and eventually I was told I could go to the game about an hour before Jay was due to leave. THen through my own ignorance I forgot to ring the O'Hara's.My phone rang when I was in the Dunnes' house.I panicked I didn't pick it up.Then in a moment of sheer stupidity I rang and said I wasn't allowed to go.So when I seen the O'Hara's in Longford I wasn't man enough to go over to them and tell them what I'd done.Instead I avoided all contact with them because I knew I was completely in the wrong. |
