collis's facts of life
When this collis was a teenager he accepted Jesus Christ as savior. This collis read the bible a lot when he was a teenager. This collis thought that other teenagers look like they enjoyed the world more then God so he did not make any friends.
When collis made any mistake or sin in communication or action he felt quilty that he had made a mistake. collis had to ask Jesus constantly for forgiveness for mistakes. Jesus said nothing but he had asked for forgiveness so he was happy. When Jesus says nothing then it slowly proved to collis that all he did was forgive himself for any mistake.
This collis did not like to deceive by word or deed so when he read that Jesus said that he was not Good as God that meant to him literally just that. collis's father was a Spiritualist yet collis did not like to hear any people that was dead because he had his own life to live and collis wanted to grow mentally and spiritually and not listen to spirits who may not help him in this life.
One day collis was looking around a book store and found a book by Ruth Montgomery. It helped lead him learn more of the Vedanta Philosophy by the writings of Dr. Paul Brunton and the writings about Sri Ramakrishna. collis likes the balance of intellegence, creativity, and freedom that was in the philosophy and so that is how he started out with this philosophy of body, mind and spirit. collis likes liberal / progressive religious faith because for him it best represents a practical love of God for everyone without saying everyday who is right or wrong and it has its own psychology of religion.
